Tennis PlayCircuit is an additional
learning opportunity that is in
cooperation with MastaStroke® Tennis
System. The Tennis PlayCircuit is a tennis
coordination concept that involves a
series of exercises in addition to hitting
tennis balls with the coach. These
exercises are placed in a particular order
around the tennis court and form a
circuit. The player uses the time that
they are not in direct contact with the
coach to complete these tasks.

All tasks involved are tennis specific and
targeting general body awareness and
coordination. They are a very good
opportunity to stay busy and develop
skills. It is estimated that players will
be having 30 percent more skill
development opportunity using Tennis
PlayCircuit.
![]()
Tennis PlayCircuit involves up to 20
different exercises. The coach will choose
up to 5 of these exercises for any single
court circuit. The exercises chosen will
have the most direct relationship to the
skill that the coach is seeking to
develop.
